We are currently seeking a Full-Time Operations Manager to lead our Victoria operations. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to make a meaningful impact, work autonomously, and help drive the continued success of our business.About the RoleAs the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimising all aspects of our Victoria site. Your focus will be on improving daily operational efficiency, streamlining processes, managing workforce productivity, and ensuring cost and quality targets are met. This role is critical in driving operational excellence and supporting our long-term business growth.What Were Looking For: Industry Experience: Minimum 5 years leadership experience in resource recovery, organics recycling, waste management operations or related manufacturing industries. Past experience in site establishment and operational leadership, including setting up a new site from the ground up. Successfully implemented core operational processes, systems, and compliance measures. Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent senior operational management experience. Stakeholder Management: Strong relationship building skills with internal teams, contractors, and clients, ensuring high standards of service and delivery. Leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team, with a track record in process and operational optimisation. Work Ethic: Self-motivated, hands-on, and collaborative with a strong sense of ownership.
