This vital position is responsible for the coordination and scheduling of services across multiple aged and community care programs, including Support at Home and the Commonwealth Home Support Program.Working closely with staff, volunteers, clients, and providers, youll ensure seamless service delivery through effective rostering, administrative support, and excellent customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate staff and volunteer rosters across a range of programs and servicesRespond to client, carer, and provider enquiries with professionalism and careMaintain accurate service and client records in internal management systemsCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver person-centred careManage administrative and financial data, including bookings and service agreementsGenerate timely data and reports for quality improvement and service planningComply with relevant funding and organisational standardsParticipate in a rotating public holiday roster and travel across Alpine and Indigo Shires as requiredAbout YouYou are energetic, detail-oriented, and a natural communicator.
