If you''re passionate about innovation and want to help shape the future of electrification in Australia, this is your opportunity.As an Electrification Business Analyst, you''ll play a key role in developing and iterating electrification products. Working closely with a Product Owner and cross-functional teams, you''ll translate open-ended ideas into structured, actionable requirements and help deliver products that make a real difference.You''ll be part of an agile value stream focused on incubating and commerciaising new offerings that support Australia''s energy transition. Please note, this is a 12 month fixed term opportunity.Key ResponsibilitiesStakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including service designers, marketing specialists, and tech teams, to shape product features and ensure alignment.User Acceptance Testing: Working with technical delivery teams to validate that the solution meets business requirements and is ready for releaseWorkflow & Dependency Mapping: Identify blockers early, manage timelines, and ensure smooth delivery across product development stages.Requirements Analysis: Translate open-ended statements into structured requirements through research and stakeholder collaboration.Methodological Thinking: Apply clear, structured approaches to process information and solve complex problems.User Research & Testing: Conduct surveys, interviews, and usability testing to inform product development and validate features.Data Analysis: Extract and analyse customer, sales, and market data to generate insights and support decision-making.Documentation & Compliance: Maintain technical documentation and ensure products meet relevant regulations and standards.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with agile squads and contribute to a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement.About YouYou''re a curious, proactive problem solver who''s comfortable navigating the unknown.
