We will email you new jobs that match this search.Ok, we will send you jobs like this.The email address was invalid, please check for errors.Sunshine Coast University Private Hospital 1CategoriesJob CategoryAdministration/Support Services 1Maintenance Administration OfficerApply now Job no: JR104195Work type: PermanentLocation: Sunshine Coast University Private HospitalCategories: Administration/Support ServicesWe are looking for an Administration Officer to join our friendly and supportive Facilities Management teamAbout the RoleYou will be responsible for the provision of high-quality administrative support in order to achieve departmental and organisational goals, a provision of excellence in administrative service delivery along with management of administrative duties aligned to the departments asset management program and preventive and corrective maintenance programs.Full Time OpportunityAbout YouThe ability to provide administrative duties and support to the Facilities Management and Biomed teams along with supporting the Regional Facilities Management Team.Previous Experience in an administration role essentialExcellent time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.Excellent organisation skills and ability to work to deadlines.Ability to multi-task and be flexible.Motivated and enthusiastic with a positive attitudeManaging incoming and outgoing correspondence to the maintenance teamProvide timely and accurate information to queries.Strong attention to detail with a focus on service delivery.Computer literacy and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of programs.Act in a professional manner with the ability to communicate with both internal and external stakeholders.Ability to work independently and within a team environment.Key responsibilities of this job include:You will be responsible for the management of information and documentation associated with our preventative and corrective maintenance programs such as service reports, inductions, permits, credentials, safety documentation, etc.You will assist in managing end-to-end procurement processes for contractors, including vendor identification, tendering, evaluation, negotiation and contract award.You will assist in managing and maintaining the departments water testing program, documentation, incoming correspondence and actions associated.You will maintain the departmental financial system, processes and documentation.You will thrive in a fast-paced environment.We are looking for a person who will fit the team, will show initiative, be motivated along with being able to have a laugh and enjoy themselves.Experience using Asset Plus or a preventive maintenance software.Experience working within a maintenance department, both hard and soft servicesExperience working in a health care facility.Knowledge and understanding of trades and services.RemunerationA base hourly rate of $32.44 - $33.50 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (Clerk - Grade 3 Year 1 RHC QLD Clerical Enterprise Agreement)RequirementsMust provide aNational Police Check conducted within the previous 12 monthsAccording to the role, Ramsay may require aWorking-With-Childrencheck andproof of immunisationagainst infectious diseases.About UsFacilities include 9 state-of-the-art operating theatres, two cardiac catheter laboratories, a minor procedure room, a day surgery unit, an 11 bed intensive care unit/coronary care unit and an 9 chair day therapy unit.
