As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of a $200m+ major pipeline project by implementing best practice systems, processes, and procurement methodologies; and ensure the project is delivered safely, efficiently, on time, within budget, and meets the required business quality and functional requirements. Responsibilities The safe and effective delivery of all allocated projects within the Major Capital Program. Achieving value-for-money outcomes by challenging project scope, delivery methodologies, and driving best practices in capital delivery systems and processes. Diligently managing cost, budget, schedule, and quality as per business targets. Taking care of own and colleagues'' health and safety through hazard identification and reporting, and active involvement in improvement initiatives. Ensuring appropriate operational, functional, and management control processes are in place to achieve project objectives. Leading and guiding the project team to complete assigned projects according to contractual documentation, company standards, and procedures, including supervising and scheduling project activities. Background To be considered for this role, you will have: Project and change management experience. Design, construction, and project management experience on $150m+ major water/sewer infrastructure projects. Relevant engineering tertiary degree or similar qualification. Competency-based project management certification with a relevant local or international professional organization such as AIPM, IPMA, GAPPS, or equivalent (desirable). Extensive Tier 1 contractor and client-side engineering, infrastructure, and construction experience. Proven financial, risk, commercial, contractual, and human resource management skills. Proven track record of successful projects exceeding $150m.
