Youll be responsible for motivating staff to achieve high standards, building their capabilities through coaching and professional development, and creating a positive, accountable team culture.This position plays a pivotal role in leading Councils transition to a fully electric fleetmanaging implementation, engaging stakeholders, and overseeing service delivery to meet environmental and operational objectives.
