The organisation has a vested interest in operating a best-in-class payroll function, and have the resources in place to deliver!DescriptionProcess high-volume, end-to-end payrollMaintain employee records and ensure compliance with award rates and statutory obligations.Prepare and lodge payroll tax, superannuation, and other regulatory payments.Handle employee queries related to payroll, leave, and entitlements promptly.Perform reconciliations of payroll accounts and ensure accuracy in reporting.Collaborate with the accounting and finance department on month-end processes.Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in payroll management.Other ad hoc tasksProfileExperience in end-to-end payroll processingSound understanding of award interpretation, taxation, and superannuation obligations.Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.Excellent communication skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders.Job Offer$85,000 - $95,000 + superFantastic work-life balance12 month fixed term contract with opportunities for extension/permanencyTo apply online please click the ''Apply'' button below.
