To be successful in this role, you will ensure that effective financial administration of the schools business operations is delivered, including financial planning, budgeting, monitoring and reporting to ensure achievement of the schools strategic and corporate financial objectives.The successful applicant should have well established financial management capabilities, be a strategic financial leader and possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. You will ideally be flexible and reliable and able to work independently.The successful applicant will work with the Administration Team to develop a strong team ethos, and a solution focussed outlook centred on delivering improved outcomes.The MCS is intrinsically involved in the implementation of the school''s Business Plan and the implementation of changes necessary for the progression of our priorities.The successful applicant should have a broad understanding of relevant legislation, reporting and governance requirements relating to the role, and effectively demonstrate the ability to lead a team of school support staff.
