This dynamic role spans the management of workflows and deliverables across multiple streamscatalogues and direct mail, website and ecommerce, marketing initiatives, and tender/pricing submissions.The Program Manager will serve as the central point of coordination across the team, responsible for scheduling, prioritisation, and cross-functional project alignment. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership, strategic planning, people management, and exceptional attention to detail.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and deliver catalogue and mailing projects on time, within scope and budget.Coordinate with stakeholders across creative, production, and distribution to ensure timelines are met.Manage Australian and NZ mailing data for both street and postal address databases, cleansing as necessary and liaising with internal database team to ensure data is kept up to date.Track progress and address blockers, escalating where necessary.Manage implementation and evolution of Product workflow systems and templates.Print, Post and Mailing Tender NegotiationsProven experience in managing pricing tenders, negotiating and delivering campaign costs on time and on budget.Team CoordinationDrive scheduling, prioritisation and project visibility across the Category Team.Lead weekly WIP meetings and provide status updates on key initiatives.Balance team workload and ensure capacity is aligned with business needs.Tenders & PricingCoordinate the timely and accurate submission of tenders and pricing proposals.Ensure internal stakeholders are briefed and deliverables are met within required timeframes.Manage product and price matching initiatives through the Tender and Pricing administrator.Website & EcommerceEnsure product and category data is complete, rich, and accurate on the website.Liaise with internal and external teams to resolve content, structure or functionality issues.Manage and QC all website data from product attributes through to e-commerce structures ensuring data is rich and accurate.Project Management & Quality ControlBuild and maintain program plans and reporting tools to track and KPIs.Implement best practices in workflow management, QA processes, and risk mitigation.Maintain a high standard of output across all projects and deliverables.Managing a small teamAbout YouProven experience in large scale program or project management, preferably within publishing, marketing, ecommerce, or a similar fast-paced, multi-channel environment.Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities; thrives in managing multiple concurrent projects and deadlines.Strong leadership and people coordination skills with a collaborative approach.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.High attention to detail and a commitment to quality outcomes.Proven people management skills and having effectively led a small team of likeminded people.High level of Excel skills.Nice to HaveExperience working in or with a publishing business or in catalogue production.Knowledge of ecommerce platforms (e.g. Shopify, Magento) or content management systems.Familiarity with tender processes or pricing analysis in a commercial setting.Why Join Us?This is an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of a collaborative and creative team, where your ability to drive structure, clarity and execution will have a direct impact on our customer experience and business success.
