This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of the Centre, ensuring the highest standards of care and education for the children in our community.What you''ll be doingOverseeing the daily operations and management of the Centre, including staffing, budgeting, and compliance with relevant regulations and policiesProviding strong leadership and support to the educators, fostering a positive and collaborative team cultureDeveloping and implementing engaging educational programs that meet the developmental needs of childrenBuilding and maintaining positive relationships with families, the local community, and key stakeholdersEnsuring the Centre provides a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for childrenManaging the Centre''s financial operations and reportingDriving continuous improvement and innovation within the CentreWhat we''re looking forAs it is a newly completed Centre, we are looking to appoint a director to assist in the set-up of Old Bar Little Learners.Experience in a senior leadership role within the childcare industry with a Diploma or Degree qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care.Demonstrated expertise in the planning and implementation of high-quality educational programs.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with families and the community.Strong leadership and management abilities, including the capacity to effectively lead and develop a team.Thorough understanding of relevant childcare regulations, laws, policies, and quality standards.Commitment to continuous professional development and a desire to stay up-to-date with industry best practicesWhat we offerAt Old Bar Little Learners'', we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and fulfilling work environment.
