Our mission is to redefine and repair.The OpportunityWe have an exciting full-time opportunity for a Centre Manager at either our AMA Group Solutions or Capital S.M.A.R.T Repairs team. Reporting to the State Operations Manager, you will take ownership of this centre by providing leadership and motivation to your team, while significantly impacting the day-to-day operations of the site. This role offers opportunities for growth, stability, and security within the larger AMA Group.Role ResponsibilitiesProduction Workshop Management: oversee workshop operations to ensure targets are met and vehicles are repaired to pre-accident condition according to AMA and Work Provider quality standards.Quality, Quotes, Parts, and Vehicle Management: ensure accurate quotes, quality inspections, and vehicle repairs to pre-accident condition.Customer Service and Stakeholder Management: deliver exceptional customer service through prompt, professional, and friendly interactions.Profit and Loss, Reporting, and Administration: ensure site profitability.
