We are seeking an Employment Coach to join our team at the Glenorchy site on a full-time basis.As an Employment Coach, you will support a caseload of participants into meaningful employment. Using a person-centred, strengths-based approach, you will connect participants with vocational and non-vocational supports to help them thrive. Successful team members typically excel in customer service, prioritization, and have a genuine passion for helping people reach their potential.
