Focus Minerals is seeking a highly skilled Senior Process Technician to join our Processing team at our Coolgardie Gold Operations. This hands-on role is critical in ensuring optimal performance of the fixed plant, and will involve troubleshooting and operation of crushers, conveyors, mills, leach/adsorption tanks, and associated pumps.This position is offered on an 8 days on / 6 days off, 7 nights on / 7 nights off roster, with flexibility to be FIFO, DIDO or Residential.Key ResponsibilitiesSafely and efficiently operate the processing plant including crushing, grinding, elution, and tailings disposal systems.Support the Shift Supervisor with mill operations and assist in issue resolution as required.Monitor equipment to ensure ongoing safe and efficient operation.Record and report on operational and production data.Respond promptly to emergency shutdowns and power outages.Perform routine sampling, testing, and quality control procedures.Inspect, clean, and change screens as per manufacturer guidelines.Start, stop, monitor, and adjust processing circuits including conveyors.Assist with minor maintenance and identify equipment issues to support the Maintenance Team.Maintain high standards of housekeeping, resource management, and waste disposal.Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum 5 years experience in processing, including 3+ years in a Gold Processing Plant.Proven experience in a Senior Technician role; Shift Supervision exposure is highly regarded.Proficiency in Citect software.Current Manual Drivers Licence.High Risk Work Licences: Forklift, Dogging, and Rigging.Additional tickets: Confined Space, Working at Heights, Gas Testing, Loader, and Bobcat.Why Join Focus Minerals?We are an ASX-listed gold producer entering a period of significant growth and production.
