Youll be part of a forward-thinking team that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement in patient outcomes.If you''re seeking a role that offers variety, professional development, and the chance to make a real difference - this is it.Rostered Hours:Sunday - 9:00am 12:00pmMonday - 8:30am 4:30pmKey Responsibilities:Expand your role into clinical care and provide clinical pharmacy services including conducting medication history interviews, medication reconciliation and discharge summaries at transfers of careBe efficient and effective at dispensing and distribution of medicationsProvide medication counselling & education to patientsWork cooperatively and effectively with multidisciplinary teams and provide advice regarding patient careMonitor the accuracy of prescriptions dispensed by pharmacy techniciansDevelop and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service to clients and patientsContribute to training and educational sessions for pharmacy, nursing, medical staff and allied health professionalsAssist to oversee imprest services and continuity of medication supplyAbout YouKey Requirements :AHPRA registered pharmacist with previous experience in an Australian based pharmacyStrong knowledge of the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS)Have time management, communication, and teamwork skillsBe flexible and adaptable working with a diverse teamEmbrace change and commit to learningValue attention to detail and able to work autonomouslyAbout UsSlade Pharmacy has more than 30 years experience in hospital pharmacy and oncology services and is committed to delivering exceptional and quality pharmacy care for hospital patients.
