The restaurant is known for its bold, colourful, and flavourful food, and great team culture.We are ready for YOU to join this exciting opening and embrace a collaborative, fun environment and excellent team culture.POSITION OVERVIEWAs Assistant Bar Manager, youll be a key part of the leadership team, working closely with the Bar Manager and Venue Managers to ensure smooth day-to-day bar operations. Youll help lead, train, and inspire the bar team, maintain Light Years high drink standards, and ensure an unforgettable guest experience.
