As such, we are currently looking for a collaborative and results driven IT Project Manager in our head office in Melbourne.Reporting into the IT Business Partner in Melbourne, the primary focus of this role is to manage application/infrastructure change projects for the Wilmar business, which will deliver new functionality or process improvements to transform the business. The role will manage project teams, including internal/external IT resources and business project resources, to efficiently deliver identified project outcomes, objectives and benefits.This role will offer a unique opportunity to combine your expertise in IT Project Management and Business Analysis.What you will do:Bring application & IT project management knowledge and skills to the group, along with innovation to the Wilmar IT applications footprintManage relationships and collaborate with a variety of internal and external parties to achieve outcomesFollow a well-defined IT project management processDeliver projects that align with key initiatives and IT PMO governanceProvide feedback to the IT Business Partner about further opportunities to implement new initiatives within the groupAlign with global standards and strategy, leveraging common solutions, pricing advantage and utilising internal as well as offshore team expertiseWhat you need:5 + years of IT Project Management experienceA self-motivated and highly driven persona with great communication skillsAbility to quickly adopt IT PMO Governance and budget management practicesFMCG or manufacturing experienceERP (SAP) experience preferredInfrastructure and Mobility experience preferredExperience as a IT Business Analyst capturing business requirements highly regardedTertiary qualification, preferably in an IT related disciplineIndustry qualification or experience with application development/deliveryWhat to expect from us:In return for your passion and success, we will reward you with a competitive remuneration package and help you to achieve personal and professional growth and development.
