This is a full-time fixed-term contract from September 2025 to February 2026.As these are seasonal roles, we require full availability and flexibility across the summer months, December February. We strongly encourage applications from women, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, LGBTQI+ individuals, people with disability, and people from culturally diverse backgrounds.About the roleThis position is responsible for the coordination and project management of the Australian Open Precinct Product Activations, specifically focused on outdoor precinct builds and AO Merchandise retail operations and logistics.In this role you will:Drive seamless delivery by collaborating with internal teams, contractors, suppliers and venue stakeholders to ensure activations are delivered on time and to standardAct as the main point of contact for retail and precinct contractors, overseeing access, logistics, documentation, safety, and deliveryLead on-site operational logistics including production scheduling and contractor management during bump-in and bump-out periodsOversee all asset inventory, warehouse logistics, and precinct dressing including signage, greenery, furniture, and equipmentPrepare and administer budgets, contracts, and supplier documentation, and contribute to procurement and cost trackingImplement and enforce WHS procedures, ensuring all work is delivered to high safety, quality and operational standardsAbout youTo be successful in this role you will:Strong understanding of brand and agency execution within a major events environmentStrong knowledge of event operations including pre-production planning, creative production, event build project management, logistics, WHS, with experience in major event and/or event agency environmentsSkilled in interpreting build drawings, managing project budgets and timelines, and using project management toolsExceptional organisational and multitasking ability with a high level of accuracy and attention to detailExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a professional, collaborative and solution-focused approachRelevant qualifications or equivalent experience in events production and management and/or project management and delivery, plus a proactive and resilient mindsetPreparedness to be flexible in regard to working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis AustraliaWhats to love?Career development with a range of formal education and on the job training opportunitiesTickets to the Australian OpenMonthly health & wellbeing activities with access to CorePlus PilatesOnsite gym, tennis facilities & free onsite car parkingA range of discounts from our sponsorship partnersTo ApplyIf you think youre up to the challenge, wed love to hear from you!
