At TSA, not only are we customer-inspired inspired but we are also about making you feel valued and appreciated.Who You''ll Work WithAs a Sales & Service Consultant for our client IAG, you will be the voice representing our most trusted insurance partner, NRMA. You''ll form new relationships with customers and strengthen existing ones by discussing a range of policies, educating them to make informed decisions on protection and prevention. You will be focused on providing a positive customer service experience and where required, achieving sales and retention outcomes.This role offers you the chance to build strong connections with customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of customer experience throughout their journey with IAG & NMRA.
