As E-Commerce Category & Operations Manager, youll own a high-impact platform that helps Australias EV ecosystem thrive. From cables and chargers to complex hardware kits and trade fulfilment, this store is a key part of how we break down barriers to EV adoption.Youll be leading cross-functional strategy across product, pricing, fulfilment, customer experience, and operations shaping systems that enable sustainable growth. This is a role for someone whos to move fast, work smart, and influence outcomes across the business.What Youll DoShape a compelling, well-rounded product range that meets customer needs. Use data and feedback to guide decisions, align with internal team, and document clearly for smooth executions.Balance availability, cost, and timelines to deliver a seamless fulfilment experience across customer types. Bring clarity to complexity and align stakeholders on strategic trade-offs.Drive commercial outcomes through thoughtful pricing and promotions. Collaborate on product launches and growth initiatives, with clear rollout plans and documentation.Tackle challenges quickly, then build scalable solutions. Roll out new tools and processes thoughtfully, ensuring adoption and long-term value.Model our values, collaborate effectively, and lift the bar across teams.
