Front Desk Client Ambassador/Business Co-ordinator For a Cosmetic Dental ClinicAdd expected salary to your profile for insights.Visage Dento-Facial Cosmetics (VDC) is part of a well-established and successful dental business, progressing to provide excellence in full face aesthetics services.VDC is located in Leongatha, 90 mins from Melbourne CBD, near the popular beach resort area on Gippslands Bass Coast.The Vision:The VDC concept involves establishing a quality, ethically based dermal therapy/facial cosmetics studio that integrates seamlessly with a clinic providing high-quality dental aesthetics.The Result:Clients will experience a coordinated dermo-facial and aesthetic dental makeover, resulting in a beautiful, dermally healthy full face smile.The VDC Position on Offer:VDC seeks a new team member to act as a joint Client Ambassador and Front Office Co-ordinator.The primary role involves fostering strong relationships with new clients and ensuring existing clients are well-informed and supported throughout their treatment process, in a professional, kind, and friendly manner.The next major role involves demonstrating high-level Team Leadership qualities.This includes facilitating weekly/monthly team meetings, collaborating with marketing teams, working with the CEO and others on performance KPIs, and identifying new business opportunities.
