This role combines P&C administration, employee lifecycle support, and front-of-house coordination to ensure a consistent, values-driven experience for staff, visitors, and candidates.Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and systems work.Confidence working with confidential information and managing sensitive conversations with professionalism.Strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with HRIS or document management platforms.Self-motivated, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.Willingness to commit to Tradewinds values and contribute positively to the internal culture..Demonstrated ability to develop, implement and maintain policies, procedures, and audit documentation in line with best practice and compliance requirements.Resilience, initiative, and a commitment to professional growth.Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or related discipline.Prior experience in an HR Coordinator or Administrator role.Familiarity with employment goodbyes from all teams in the office, and more!The Days Can Entail:Operational and Administrative Support:Prepare employment contracts, variation letters, and onboarding documentation in line with organisational standards.Maintain accurate employee records across HRIS platforms and digital personnel files.Track and schedule probation reviews, performance appraisals, and development conversations.Support cyclical P&C processes including engagement surveys, policy reviews, and compliance audits.Assist with documentation related to performance processes.Maintain P&C templates, policies, and internal guidance materials, ensuring accessibility and version control.Provide regular reporting support (e.g., starters/leavers, compliance summaries, workforce changes).Office Coordination:Assist in being the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience that reflects Tradewinds culture.Manage front-of-house presentation, kitchen supplies, and shared office areas to uphold cleanliness and professionalism.Coordinate incoming mail and deliveries with efficiency and discretion.Prepare onboarding kits, coordinate desk setups, and support new starter induction scheduling.Maintain inventory of office supplies, branded materials, and kitchen stock, placing timely orders as required.Liaise with vendors, building management, and trades to ensure a safe, functional, and well-maintained work environment.Track and log facility-related issues and support WHS compliance through register maintenance and audit support.Compliance and Records Management:Support monthly auditing of P&C compliance data, including Working with Children Checks, visa tracking, and mandatory training completions.Maintain internal registers related to contracts, leave records, safety compliance, and staff credentials.Ensure documentation and correspondence are filed accurately in accordance with confidentiality and data integrity standards.Employee Experience and Wellbeing Support:Act as the initial point of contact for employee P&C queries, escalating to the Advisor/Business Partner or Director as needed.Support internal initiatives that contribute to staff engagement, wellbeing, and recognition (e.g., birthdays, service milestones, PD days).Assist with internal event coordination, cultural celebrations, and staff training logistics.Help promote positive staff interactions through consistent communication and follow-up on internal matters.General Support:Provide assistance to the Director of People and Culture and the broader P&C function for priority projects.Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive employee and organisational data.Other Responsibilities:Potential project opportunities to
