Here you can live your passion.This role sits within the Theatrical Marketing team in the Partnerships Department and plays a pivotal role in showcasing our studios titles to our trade partners/ cinemas. Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, the Senior Trade Marketing, Events & Communications Executive supports the Managing Director in developing and delivering high-impact trade presentations. The role leads trade marketing efforts for titles under the $8M box office threshold and blends creative storytelling with stakeholder collaboration. Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, InDesign, and Premiere Pro is essential to produce compelling visual and video presentations that support broader marketing objectives.REPORTING LINEHead of Partnerships, Promotions and Trade Marketing ANZ. Dotted line to the Managing Director.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESExhibition MarketingWork with the Head of Partnerships ANZ to create strategies supporting specialty titles, including marketing, screening events, activations, and local partnerships.Prepare and present half-yearly strategies with partners like Palace, Dendy, Moving Story, Cremorne Hayden Orpheum, NOVA.Develop and distribute marketing materials, assets, and digital content.Collaborate with Media Lead on advertising, sponsorships, and social media campaigns.Coordinate with Publicists for talent access, content creation, and festivals.Contribute to campaign reports and presentations.Trade Marketing Presentations & AV ManagementShape trade marketing narratives with the Managing Director and co-author scripts.Develop on-screen slides and manage AV assets, securing necessary approvals.Coordinate presentation logistics, including AV, staging, and rehearsals.Engage vendors for high-production elements and manage event logistics for executives and talent.Events & Trade MarketingCoordinate studio participation in industry events, trade conventions, and sponsorship activations.Manage logistics for team participation, including travel and meetings.Liaise with event organizers on studio presence and staging.Oversee sponsorship budgets and entertainment arrangements.Skills & ExperienceProficiency in design programs like Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and InDesign.Passion for film and cinema knowledge.Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Attention to detail and creative layout skills.Understanding of media formats, technical requirements, and digital media landscape.Teamwork and collaboration skills.Creativity.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelors degree in Media, Communication, Film, or related fields with digital production skills.Legal right to work in Australia (Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency).Note: External candidates may need to attend an in-person interview at one of our locations.We are committed to equal employment opportunity and support applicants with disabilities or veterans through reasonable accommodations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
