Zenviron are seeking an experienced Site Manager to coordinate the construction of large-scale Battery Energy Storage System projects located in the Latrobe Valley, Victoria.If you are a highly motivated Site Manager, who wants to be a part of key growth across the renewables sector, come and join the inclusive and high performing Zenviron team.Key responsibilities will include:* Managing the efficient implementation of project resources and structure* Provide leadership for the balance of plant elements of large scale BESS Projects; managing program, budget, and resources* Lead safety and environmental performance throughout the project; driving strong safety culture and initiatives* Provide excellent leadership and timely guidance to the project team and subcontractors on-site* Establish effective communications with the Client''s field representatives* Ensure project delivery is met with the highest of standards, on time, and within budget* Ensure project compliance with HSE, quality, and regulatory requirementsWhat you will bring:* Proven experience managing construction programmes for the full lifecycle* Site based industry experience as a Site/Construction Manager within the renewable energy or construction industry, with a track record of successful project execution* Commercial and financial management experience* Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and influence others in a fast-paced and challenging environment* Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills and demonstrated ability to manage both stakeholders and subcontractors* Clear commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and environmental compliance* Proof of right to work in AustraliaTo be successful in this role you will require well-developed interpersonal skills to assist you in building effective stakeholder relationships both internally and externally, whilst you will demonstrate a team orientated approach to work and commitment to continuous improvement.
