Due to a recent promotion, you will oversee a shopping centre in Carlingford. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with tenant retailers and ensuring a well-presented, safe, and inviting environment for customers.Key responsibilities:Support the client in administering lease terms.Maintain an up-to-date tenancy schedule and calendar of significant events.Conduct regular inspections of the Centre to ensure high standards and coordinate necessary works.Maintain liaison with tenants and occupiers to ensure satisfaction.Recommend maintenance works and capital expenditure to the Facilities Manager.Attend client management meetings and conference calls.Provide weekly reports on tenant performance, feedback, and property presentation.Who are we looking for?
