It''s part of a successful group of construction and engineering companies, with support around you at executive level, and great people underneath. What''s missing is a leader who can connect the dots and get the business firing on all cylinders. Theres a full team of backup across finance, safety, operations, and strategy, you wont be doing it alone. This role suits someone who can operate at both levels, tackling whats in front of them, while building a more scalable and structured business behind the scenes.What Youll Be DoingRunning a Perth-based fabrication workshop to deliver consistent, quality outcomesManaging offshore supply chains (Thailand) and ensuring QA and delivery hit the markOverseeing steel delivery and installation projects nationally, especially across the east coastLifting team maturity and reducing the need for constant hand-holdingReworking planning, scheduling, and logistics to reduce inefficienciesUsing group systems and processes to improve reporting, safety, and communicationDriving innovation in workflows, plant utilisation and delivery modelsRepresenting the business in tenders, walk-throughs, methodology sessions and key client meetingsWhat Were Looking ForProven leadership in structural steel, fabrication or national project deliveryStrong commercial focus; can manage margin, cost control, and forecastingExperienced in both local and offshore logistics and supply chainsCapable of managing and mentoring team leads while holding people to accountComfortable in the weeds when needed; this is not a desk-only roleAble to work within a broader group structure while owning the success of your divisionClear communicator who stays calm under pressureBonus: Forklift/Dogging/Rigging/Crane tickets.
