This role partners closely with Pacific Zone and Country presidents, Executive team, Global Marketing, and Global teams to ensure consistent, impactful messaging aligned with Schneiders purpose and business strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a strategic adviser to business leaders, collaborating with business leaders to deliver impactful, purpose-driven messagingDrive employee engagement and support change initiatives through clear, consistent, and inspiring internal communications that foster alignment and enable transformationPartner with the Excutive team to help shape Schneider Electrics external engagement and institutional influence across the Pacific. Support ESG and sustainability leadership by translating data into compelling narrativesDevelop and deliver high-impact communications for Pacific Zone executives, including speeches, presentations, and strategic messaging for external audiences.
