This full-time role involves hands-on horticultural work, including caring for gardens, lawns, trees, and landscaped areas, as well as operating and maintaining equipment. You''ll also help keep our parks clean, safe, and welcoming, mentor junior staff, and support an inclusive, child-safe workplace. A trade certificate in horticulture or equivalent experience is highly valued. You should be physically fit, reliable, capable of working independently and in a team. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to safety, inclusion, and high-quality work are essential.
