We have offices in Bendigo and Shepparton and work with people in regional and rural Victoria who experience disadvantage relating to their housing, family, relationship, consumer, economic, social and civil rights.Join Our Team at ARC Justice!As the HR Advisor, you are the first point of contact for people leaders, ensuring that specialist HR advice is available promptly and providing a consistent and positive people experience.This role works across the full breadth of the employee life cycle, managing HR related queries, management of ELMO database, and contributing to organisation wide projects such as annual audits, all staff days and employee satisfaction surveys.To succeed in this role, you will have generalist HR experience and enjoy supporting the day-to-day operational needs of the organisation.
