In this trusted advisory role, you will offer critical insights, challenge conventional thinking, and deliver people-focused solutions that support both immediate business needs and long-term organisational objectives.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate closely with senior operational leaders across multiple locations to deliver impactful people strategies.Provide expert guidance on employee and industrial relations, performance management, and workforce planning.Champion change management, culture initiatives, and employee engagement programs across all teams.Use workforce data and insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.Partner with site leaders to strengthen leadership capability and develop robust talent pipelines.Lead and mentor a small HR team, promoting growth, accountability, and high performance.Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, awards, and enterprise agreements.Contribute to organisation-wide projects focused on diversity, wellbeing, and fostering a strong safety culture.About YOUYou are an experiences HR professional with a proven track record in operationally intensive environments.
