This critical role will enable CTM to deliver on strategic financial initiatives with a focus on maintaining and enhancing existing financial systems and solutions.This role will report directly to the Global Head of FP&A and is critical to ensuring strategic finance initiatives are delivered and required financial reporting is available to the business. The role will have one direct report the Group Finance Data Analyst.Responsibilities and DutiesManaging the groups Financial Consolidation system (Oracle HFM)Analyse the requirements and implement enhancements to CTMs consolidation systemCollaborate closely with global and regional finance teams to address relevant queries from internal and external stakeholdersAbility to understand how Oracle HFM is implemented at CTMMaintain and implement automated Data pipelinesResponsible for ensuring the data pipeline flowing into Anaplan is done in an effective and accurate mannerLead and deliver on implementing upcoming automated data pipelines to enable data driven insightsLeading new Finance Transformation ProjectsBecome the key project implementation lead for upcoming global finance transformation projectsLeverage off existing technologies and systems to develop appropriate solutions with quicker implementation timesMaintain existing SharePoint, PowerApps and Automation solutionsAbility to identify what the key issues are and develop a sustainable solutionWilling to explore upcoming technologies and test how we could use these to enhance existing solutionsAbility to address queries on existing solutions from internal and external partiesProvide support to the broader FP&A and Group Finance teams as requiredStakeholder EngagementConsistent delivery of high customer service, maintaining relationships with key stakeholders15th July, 2025About CTMCTM is a global award-winning provider of innovative and cost-effective travel management solutions to the corporate, events, leisure and loyalty travel markets.
