With exciting plans underway to develop and bring a number of new underground mining areas online in the next 12 months, the business is entering a strong growth phase.About the RoleReporting to the Underground Mine Manager, youll play a pivotal role in the planning and optimisation of underground operations. Youll be responsible for producing short, medium, and long-term mine designs and schedules, and for mentoring junior engineers as part of a growing Technical Services team.You will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of mine plans and area development designs, enabling the team to meet or exceed production targets.
