They work closely with the sales branch to strategically grow the business by identifying market opportunities, providing technical solutions, and developing long-term relationships with key stakeholders. The role also requires a balance of technical expertise and sales acumen to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products and solutions that meet both client expectations and industry standards.Key responsibilitiesWe are looking for a sales driven Commercial Senior Sales Engineer with the ability to provide an excellent experience to our internal clients and our clients in the field. Therefore, you will;Effective implementation of Sales strategies as directed by the Sales Director.Active participation in new product launches & pilot projects pertaining to new strategic directions implemented by the company.Provide total HVAC system solutions, promote Carriers capabilities and extensive product rangeContinue to build strong relationships with new and potential client baseIdentify market penetration and aggressively target areas of poor penetration with strong strategic direction either self-identified or as identified by the Commercial Sales Manager100% Compliance to presentation and expected company standards and processesMaintain strong product knowledge and avail yourself to training both internal and external as may be deemed required from time to timeMaintain network of industry intelligence to ensure competitiveness and professional presentation of proposals are closely monitored and exceed industry expectationsEnsure all equipment selection data is collated and entered client submissions within response KPIsEnsure 100% compliance to sales order process outlined by the General manager Sales DirectorProvide Commercial Sales manager with accurate individual sales and order forecastActive participation in internal team meetingsCollaborate with Sales Support teams to ensure customer expectations are clearly communicated and met.Requirements:To be successful in this opportunity as a minimum you must have:Extensive experience in HVAC field - 8 Years.Tertiary Qualifications in Mechanical EngineeringIn depth knowledge of the HVAC market and an extensive network /Client BaseProven experience in Developing and Implementing BudgetsAbility to develop Solution / Product sales StrategiesAbility to work and be successful in a fast-paced high pressure environmentStrong resilienceAbility to work with CRM systemExceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skillsAbility to read and deliver desired outcomes whilst understanding pertaining factors in the environment in relation to clientsStrong techno-commercial problem-solving skillsAttractive salary package + car allowance + Sales IncentivesFull time opportunityExcellent job stability + Ongoing training and development opportunitiesInclusive work environment + Supportive management teamCarrier is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
