Spanning three Directors, youll work across a diverse range of commercial litigation and disputes. You will support Directors across the superior Courts, as well as managing your own matters across the District and Magistrates Courts (when ready). Indicative matters include:Contractual & Shareholder disputes; E&R, agricultural issuesEstate litigationNegligence and liability defenses; financial and constructionInsolvency mattersLand and property disputesThe no supervising partner model ensures variety, with natural affinities occurring based on interest, approach, and ''click'' factors. Exposure to different practices and methodologies will support your ongoing development as you carve out your own niche.While a WA-centric firm, affiliate networks facilitate matters referred from the East Coast and international firms seeking local representation.
