Youll act as a trusted advisor across the business and contribute to a range of forward-thinking projects and initiatives.What youll be doing:In this hands-on, strategic role, youll provide expert HR advice across all aspects of the employee lifecycle. Key responsibilities include:Partnering with leaders on workforce planning, succession and talent strategiesLeading recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiativesOverseeing early careers programs including clerkships and graduate recruitmentSupporting organisational change and cultural transformation projectsManaging employee relations matters and performance issuesLeading remuneration and benefits initiatives, including salary reviewsDriving engagement, wellbeing, and learning & development initiativesCoaching managers and mentoring junior HR team membersWhat were looking for:Youre collaborative, commercially minded and naturally curious; someone who builds strong relationships and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Youll bring sound HR generalist experience ideally gained within an accounting, consulting, legal or engineering firm, a growth mindset, and a passion for continuous improvement.
