Build and lead a new transport service that puts people first.Were looking for a strategic, hands-on operator to take full ownership of DMS Assisted Transport a newly launched assisted transport service that prioritises dignity, inclusion and community connection.This is not a typical role. Youll be building and running the service end-to-end - from coordinating daily transport operations, to promoting the program in local communities, overseeing compliance and risk and mentoring a small team of support-first drivers. This is your chance to lead with autonomy, embed systems from the ground up and grow a high-quality service that makes a difference in peoples lives every single day.Our clients include people with disability, older Australians, veterans, carers and families who rely on accessible, supported transport to stay connected to their communities. Youll help us deliver more than a ride youll deliver care, reliability and peace of mind.Who We AreAt DMS, we believe transport should be more than just getting from A to B it should be safe, inclusive and centred around the person.
