With a strong national presence and a supportive, safety-focused culture, this company values initiative, innovation, and collaboration.About the Role:Reporting to the Branch General Manager, youll lead and develop a dedicated team of maintenance professionals to ensure the site runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Youll play a key role in driving preventative maintenance strategies, leading plant improvement projects, and delivering capital works initiatives.Responsibilities:Lead, coach, and mentor a team to achieve maximum equipment uptime and performanceOversee preventative and corrective maintenance plansIdentify and implement plant efficiency, automation, and cost-saving improvementsManage capital works projects, budgets, and contractor partnershipsEnsure compliance with WHS, environmental, and machinery safety standardsWork closely with Production teams to minimise downtime and support operational targetsDrive a proactive safety culture and ensure readiness for audits and inspectionsQualifications and experience:Tertiary qualification in Engineering (preferably with a manufacturing or production focus)3-5 years experience in a senior engineering or maintenance leadership roleStrong track record in TPM, capital projects, and team managementExcellent knowledge of WHS, risk management, and complianceFamiliarity with LEAN manufacturing principles and job safety analysisExperience with maintenance management systemsCurrent Drivers LicenceReady to step into a role where you can make a difference?
