The role also oversees the school''s VET programs and works closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver meaningful student opportunities. In addition, the position contributes to the school''s curriculum leadership in line with departmental priorities, supports high-quality teaching and learning, and fosters positive relationships among students, staff, and the wider community. This role plays a key part in shaping successful futures through strong partnerships and strategic program delivery.Your ResponsibilitiesAs the Head of Department, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Providing career guidance and support to students, and organizing events related to pathways in the school, including SET planningManaging all VET activities, including RTO management and liaising with external RTOsLine management of Year 10 staff and support staffBehavior management of Year 10 studentsLeading departmental and school initiativesPlease refer to the attached role description for the full list of responsibilities and mandatory requirements for this position.Interested?
