Were on a mission to grow HiBob in the region and we want you to join us!Job Requirements+5 years of experience in Go-to-Market (GTM) recruiting for a fast-growing, globally recognised SaaS company.Demonstrable on-site/internal recruiting experience within high-growth or fast-scaling environments, ideally in the tech or SaaS space.You have the know-how to come up with creative sourcing techniques to attract the right talent and know your way around different sourcing tools.Proven experience in delivering full-cycle / end to end recruiting, you should be confident in slotting into a high performing team.Demonstrated and proven ability to manage and prioritise multiple requisitions/roles with an extremely high standard of accuracy and precision.A keen interest in staying in the know in the Tech industry, adopting new recruitment and other HRTech tools.Deep understanding of the APJ talent landscape, with demonstrable experience recruiting across Australia and broader Asia-Pacific regions, especially within commercial, sales, and go-to-market roles.Be exceptionally client-focused, partnering with both our business leaders, hiring managers and external candidates to deliver a first-class experience for all stakeholders.Strong communicator and storyteller, able to represent HiBobs brand with authenticity and enthusiasm both online and in person.Requirements are often considered a measure of how equipped you are to do the job, but sometimes, they arent the only factor.
