You will lead and inspire a high-performing finance team to deliver timely, accurate, and strategic financial insights that drive business performance and inform critical decision-making.Your role will encompass:Oversight of monthly financial reporting, performance analysis, and business KPIsStrong governance and robust accounting controlsStrategic financial planning and support for group-wide initiativesOversight of Risk Management, Modern Slavery Reporting, and ATO complianceCoordination of Board and ARMACC reportingEvaluation of strategic investment and M&A opportunitiesInvestor relations and Corporations Act compliance (as Company Secretary)You may be an experienced Financial Controller (or equivalent senior finance leader) looking to step into a CFO positionor a seasoned professional looking to continue adding value at the executive level as you transition toward a reduced full-time commitment or semi-retirement.You will bring:CA or CPA qualifications, with a relevant tertiary degreeDemonstrated experience in mid to large public (unlisted or listed) businessesA background in manufacturing or consulting environmentsExperience engaging with U.S. markets or customers, including knowledge of U.S. tax complianceA collaborative and strategic mindset, with the confidence to operate within a founder-led, entrepreneurial businessM&A transaction experience (highly desirable)This is a rare opportunity to play a pivotal role in the ongoing growth of a successful Australian medtech company with a strong international footprint.
