We are currently seeking thought leaders in the Workday Student Records space to deliver superior results to our clients.Consultants at this level will be expected to:Responsibilities:Execute the day-to-day activities of a Workday Student Records consultantServe as a functional expert in Student Records with deep knowledge of current functionality, design concepts, touchpoints with relevant functional areas and in consideration of future product directionConduct sessions with customers to analyze business requirements, provide solutions to complex business problems, and transfer knowledgeDevelop solutions to align with customer requirements and provide appropriate artifacts and deliverablesActively share product knowledge with others to grow our practiceSupport Workday Delivery Assurance reviews to achieve design and build sign-offIdentify strategies, risks, and options to determine ideal approaches that lead to meeting requirements for customersProvide subject matter expertise on Workday best practicesSupport business development activities such as identification, proposal development, and other pursuit activitiesSkills & Requirements:Current Workday certification in Records and Advising preferredBachelor''s degree or equivalent experience requiredExperience gathering requirements, configuration design, prototyping, testing and deploying solutions to meet customer requirements in the records and academic advising functional areasRecent experience deploying Workday Student Records is strongly preferredSubject Matter Expertise in Student Records with experience in a registrars office at a college or university being idealPassion for exceptional customer serviceStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations and relationshipsReport writing experience highly desiredAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPointMinimal travel required, but must be willing to travel on-site if neededSalary and Other CompensationApplications will be accepted until 10/26/2025 The annual salary for this position is between $128,093 - $192,140 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
