In this role, you will teach hands-on welding techniques, while equipping students with valuable trade skills for future employment. You''ll foster a supportive learning environment, helping students build confidence, discipline, and career opportunities.Teaching in a correctional setting requires adaptability, patience, and a commitment to rehabilitation through education.
