This is a part-time, Monday Tuesday and Friday position, typically working between 7:00am and 4:00pm. Flexibility may occasionally be required outside these hours to meet operational needs.Reporting directly to the Administration Supervisor, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in, or a desire to join, the transport and logistics industry.Key Responsibilities:Reconcile driver timesheets and runsheets (local and linehaul)Support payroll processing by ensuring hours/kilometres align with the EBA and are accurately enteredCommunicate effectively with drivers and staffEnsure timesheet complianceMaintain reports, documents, and spreadsheetsScan and manage documentation including timesheets, runsheets, and PODsProcess customer orders and send PODs/pallet dockets as requiredPerform general filing and administrative dutiesProvide day-to-day operational support as neededWhat Were Looking For:Prior administration experience (transport/logistics industry an advantage)Excellent attention to detail and data accuracyAbility to manage high volumes of work with strong time management skillsEffective verbal and written communication skillsConfident working both independently and collaborativelyCalm under pressure with a proactive attitudeQuick to learn new systems and softwareProficient with Microsoft Office suiteWhat Youll Get in Return:Youll be part of a well-established, reputable transport business that values its people and fosters a strong team culture.
