This role focuses on Navitass University campuses by promoting Navitas as a premier educational institution that partners with leading universities, ensuring consistent brand messaging while driving student recruitment and engagement.The role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills who is adept at developing integrated marketing campaigns and works with cross-functional teams. Additionally, it involves designing and implementing marketing initiatives that strengthen the Navitas brand, increase market share, and drive student growth.QualificationsProven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within the education sector or in partnership-driven environments.Strong understanding of brand management and marketing strategy development.Experience in digital marketing, including social media, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Ability to analyse data, generate insights, and adapt strategies based on performance.Demonstrated stakeholder and relationship management skills with the ability to influence across all levels.Highly developed written communication skills, including the ability to prepare briefing papers, reports, and recommendations for senior management on complex matters.Highly developed oral presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.Additional InformationWhat we can offerWe offer careers across our global operations.We recognise and reward.We understand the importance of showing appreciation.We care for you.
