Role Purpose The People & Culture Coordinator will support the Group Head of People & Culture and the broader team, while also contributing to key projects that enhance the employee experience at Superloop. This role plays an important part in implementing streamlined HR processes and supporting initiatives across the employee lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Prepare HR metrics and presentations for monthly leadership and Board reporting. Support the implementation of HR frameworks, systems, and strategic initiatives (e.g. diversity & inclusion, employee engagement, graduate programs, L&D, talent acquisition). Coordinate and deliver new employee inductions and onboarding, ensuring a smooth start for all new hires. Manage the People & Culture inbox and act as the first point of contact for HR-related enquiries. Draft and issue HR documentation including contract variations and employment verification letters. Maintain employee records and HRIS, ensuring accuracy in processing new starters, changes, and leavers. Conduct regular audits across HR databases and platforms to ensure data accuracy. Support regular and ad-hoc reporting, including HR analytics for Business Partners. Coordinate offboarding processes to ensure a seamless exit experience. Manage employee recognition activities, including milestone vouchers and welcome merchandise. Administer internal systems such as Training and Engagement Platforms, and maintain P&C intranet content. Qualifications And Experience Experience in a HR Coordinator, Administrator, or similar role. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with confidence in preparing metrics and working with analytics. Experience with HRIS, Payroll and Recruitment systems (desirable). Highly organised, able to prioritise and act with a sense of urgency. Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills (written and verbal). Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
