Our Global Communications Team is shaping and growing Eightcaps brand, driving visibility and engagement and ensuring cohesive messaging across all touchpoints. Responsibilities This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, copywriting and proactive risk management to enhance Eightcaps communications both internally and externally. Media relations & content creation: Build and maintain relationships with key journalists and influencers in the fintech and business space; draft press releases, media pitches, and create content (articles, blogs, op-eds) to support Eightcaps messaging Campaign & event support: Assist with executing PR campaigns and managing media events, conferences, and speaking opportunities to strengthen brand presence Media monitoring & reporting: Track media coverage and trends, providing insights to optimise strategies and enhance brand visibility Stakeholder & partner engagement: Collaborate with internal teams and partner communications to ensure consistent messaging and amplify Eightcaps brand Creative storytelling & coverage: Pitch compelling stories, secure top-tier media coverage, and elevate Eightcaps thought leadership in fintech, tech and trading sectors Crisis management: Manage proactive and reactive media interactions, ensuring consistent messaging during high-pressure situations Who are you? Proven experience in corporate communications, public relations or internal communications with a strong ability to shape brand narratives Strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for crafting executive messaging, internal content, and thought leadership pieces Ability to develop and execute an internal communications strategy that drives alignment across teams Crisis communications experience, including reputation management and proactive risk mitigation Analytical mindset with the ability to track sentiment, engagement, and communication effectiveness to refine strategies Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with leadership, marketing, and compliance teams Fast-paced, adaptable approach with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving Experience in fintech, trading, or financial services with an understanding of industry trends and regulations (desired) Why Eightcap?
