About the role We are seeking a Retail Product Strategy Manager to join our team at our Sydney CBD office. This role is pivotal in defining and refining our vehicle portfolio, ensuring it aligns with market demands and drives business growth. You will be at the forefront of managing our physical product strategy and optimizing our vehicle offerings to enhance customer satisfaction and profitability. Responsibilities Develop and refine Splends vehicle portfolio to ensure our offerings meet market demand and align with customer needs and business objectives. Conduct comprehensive market analyses to understand industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive dynamics within the automotive retail sector. Create and implement pricing and positioning strategies tailored to maximize sales performance and support business growth. Manage the entire lifecycle of our vehicle products from selection to sales rollout, focusing on physical inventory and retail readiness. Collaborate closely with retail teams to provide tools, training, and insights necessary for effective vehicle sales and customer support. Lead cross-functional teams to design and execute product launch strategies, ensuring alignment with our retail goals and customer experience standards. Oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring initiatives proceed within set parameters and contribute to our strategic objectives. What you''ll bring A Bachelors degree in Business, Commerce, Product Management, or a related field, with a strong preference for qualifications or experience in the automotive industry. At least 5 years of experience in product strategy, inventory management, or commercial analysis, within the automotive sector or retail environment. Proven expertise in managing physical product lifecycles, with a significant focus on automotive or retail products. Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex market data and translate it into actionable product strategies. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of leading teams and collaborating effectively with various stakeholders.
