Reporting to the Brand & Partnerships Lead, you will work within the Brand, Content & Partnerships function. You will be responsible for providing brand direction and executional support on 2030 strategic priorities, campaigns, and brand-led initiatives, ensuring they contribute to brand and business objectives by increasing awareness, consideration, and preference of the HCF Group''s whole-of-health proposition. Assistant Brand Manager - 12 month fixed-term contract What Youll Do You will collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver seamless, distinctive and consistent member experiences that help people successfully engage with our offering and navigate with confidence. Assist in the development and execution of annual brand and integrated marketing plans across health and diversified business lines to support brand growth, increase salience and awareness with key audiences, and promote products. Aid in the implementation of the long-term brand strategy by creating and amplifying value propositions, messaging frameworks, and maintaining a consistent narrative across all business lines and lifecycle touchpoints. Be a brand custodian by managing and maintaining our brand guidelines, design principles, standards and team processes to continually improve the consistency and quality of the member experience across all touchpoints. Provide input and direction for the brand, working closely with internal stakeholders, partners, and agencies to ensure the brand platform is consistently embedded through all campaigns, communications, and products. Ensure all brand and creative assets, including digital channels, printed sales/service materials, email communications, social media, activations, and events align with brand standards. Support the Brand & Partnerships Lead in developing annual Brand and Partnerships plans, including budgeting and setting measurable objectives and performance goals. Support the delivery of partnerships activity and activations that enhance HCFs brand, reputation, and profile; and support our commercial business objectives. This includes, but is not limited to, events and activations, digital and social content, retail/member engagement and hospitality. Act as a chief steward of the brand tone and voice, working with brand and content owners to drive impactful brand communication, understanding and defining the brand personality, key messaging pillars (online and traditional) and brand image guidelines. About You Tertiary qualified in Marketing, Brand or Communications 5 years experience in a relevant brand or marketing role. Experience working within a highly regulated environment. Experience in core skills such as brand strategy/management and creative development, brand architecture and proposition development, campaign/product management, UX/UI, production, creative techniques and workflows, and storytelling. You have proven experience delivering a range of brand programs, initiatives and campaigns within consumer-facing brands or organisations. You enjoy regularly engaging and collaborating with different practice areas particularly those with approaches and perspectives different from your own to generate effective solutions to user problems. You have a killer eye and appreciation for aesthetics, and an on-trend understanding of design, upcoming cultural movements, forecasting, styles of creative and new platforms. You have experience working cross-functionally within a large, matrixed organisation, as well as managing and cultivating strong relationships with external partners and vendors, including agencies, production companies and creators. Desirable Experience in health or a regulated industry such as banking and financial services or insurance. Hands-on experience with agile project management methodologies.
