The position of Integration Senior Consultant in the Workday team is a senior member of the Application Management Services (AMS) team, providing subject matter expertise to AMS clients and will be responsible for scoping and designing complex fixes and new integrations. This role is an opportunity for a Senior Consultant to take on some leadership responsibility for the off-shore Integration AMS team of 3. The role will be targeted on ensuring the AMS team deliver quality and timely outcomes to our clients. There will be times we will require this person to roll up their sleeves and implement solutions for complex issue, however, the purpose of this role is not to work on tickets and issues all day but rather assist others in the team and provide guidance to the clients. About The Team The Workday AMS team sits within Deloitte Operate and is an extension of the Deloitte Workday team. The Deloitte Workday team provides the full range of services for clients from the initial planning stages, through full system implementation to on-going support. The Deloitte Workday team are not purely system implementors as the service goes beyond to ensure our clients get the most benefit from their Workday solution. For the Workday AMS team, this means not just fixing issues but providing advisory and guidance on ways to optimise and enhance the clients Workday experience. Enough About Us, Lets Talk About You. You are someone who has experience in Integrations in either implementation or support roles. This is a role for someone who can build client relationships and provide leadership and support to others. Experience in implementing and/or supporting Integrations (does not need to be Workday) An ability to think outside the square and find solutions Scope enhancements and small projects Design and delivery complex solutions and enhancements Exceptional customer service skills Strong communication and presentation skills.
