This is a Category Planning & Execution Specialist role with Asahi Beverages based in Melbourne, VIC, AU Asahi Beverages Role Seniority - mid level, senior More about the Category Planning & Execution Specialist role at Asahi Beverages Your Impact Asahi Beverages is on the hunt for multiple Category Planning & Execution Specialists to support our multi-beverage portfolio. Based in Southbank, youll work at the intersection of strategy and execution, supporting category growth across key customers and channels. These newly created roles form part of a dedicated Commercial Planning team, with each position focusing on different categories of our diverse portfolio. Youll collaborate across the entire business including Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain with a strong focus on NPD and execution tracking & delivery. Key Accountabilities Strategic Planning Support the development and maintenance of the strategic and enterprise plan for key categories and channels. Assist in planning and coordination of the annual strategic planning workshops. Commercial & Category Operations Support Assist in the financial build-up, NPD innovation planning and risk/opportunity management across categories. Provide support in tracking performance vs budget for NPD, commercial activations and promotional programs. Category Growth & Activation Support the execution of go-to-market strategies for innovation, promotions and key campaigns. Track and analyse NPD and promotional performance, making recommendations to amplify or adapt based on data. About You This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is commercially curious, analytical, and eager to grow their FMCG experience in a dynamic environment. Ideally you will also bring: Solid experience in Sales/Marketing (Commercial Function) across FMCG Proven experience building & fostering relationships with senior stakeholders both externally & internally Commercial acumen/previous experience in account management would be beneficial Experience utilising shopper analytics to create actionable plans Strong presentation and influencing skills Why Asahi Beverages?
