About the role The Repair Authorisation Coordinator plays an important part in our set up. Ideal for someone who is a natural problem solver and collaborator. Based out of our Sydney CBD office, this role will involve working with multiple stakeholders both across the business and with our suppliers. This role demands a keen eye and great attention to detail as you will be approving costs in line with a budget, identifying issues and providing solutions in all areas. Responsibilities Taking phone calls and emails from suppliers, negotiating work to be done and approving costs for service repairs nationally in line with approved maintenance budgets. Generating reports and working with relevant teams to ensure vehicles are serviced on time and maintained in accordance with manufacturers guidelines. Minimise downtime of vehicles off the road. Manage national warranty issues within the fleet. Responsible for taking inbound calls, creating work orders and raising of purchase orders. Working with fleet management team to identify trends/patterns to improve efficiencies and processes.
